Masjid Muhammad Jersey City, Inc. is established in the City of Jersey City in the State of New Jersey.

The members of Masjid Muhammad, Jersey City, Inc. are committed and dedicated to the cause of supporting and promoting the social and religious welfare of all people through sincere and charitable efforts.

The goals of Masjid Muhammad Jersey City are as follows:

​

• To teach and propagate the religion of Al Islam in accordance with the clear dictates of the Holy Qur’an and following the model example of Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him), as explained by Imam Warithuddin Mohammed, aka Imam W. Deen Mohammed.

​

• To establish the Qur’an as the Book of Guidance for humanity,and the life of Prophet Muhammad as the perfect example of human conduct.

​

• To support the purity of The Constitution of the United States of America, and the laws of the State of New Jersey.

​

• To support the leadership of Imam W. Deen Mohammed.

​

• To support all dawah and community development programs.

​

• This Masjid is united with all other Islamic Masaajid which teach the religion of Al Islam based on the Qur’an and the Sunnah (way) of Prophet Muhammad as explained by Imam W. D. Mohammed.

• This Masjid is a non-profit entity and shall exist and operate on contributions from public and private contributors.

​

• The Imam of the Masjid shall be elected by a majority vote of the active membership and be subject to a vote of confidence as needed.

​

• All decisions concerning the operation and functions of the Masjid shall be decided by mutual consultation of the active membership.

​

• The Holy Qur’an is the final authority in all matters where the question of religious belief and Muslim conduct is concerned.
